💼 Experience Level: 2-3 Years
- Own the hunt – prospect, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities.
- Build authentic, long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers.
- Partner with our expert delivery teams to design tailored solutions that solve real business challenges.
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from first outreach to signed contract.
- Consistently crush targets and celebrate the wins with a supportive team.
- 2–5 years of proven B2B sales success in Microsoft technology focused Professional Services, custom software sales, or other consultative focused sales roles selling more complex solutions.
- A hunter’s mindset – you love the chase and excel at driving net new sales.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and confident working independently. - A natural connector - large presence on LinkedIn community, personable, gregarious, skilled at building trust, and long term relationships.
- Strong communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.) to manage pipeline and reporting.
