Key Objectives

As a Senior SQL Server Consultant, you will:

• Design and implement data solutions using SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure SQL

• Architect solutions with Microsoft’s latest tools, including Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and OneLake

• Lead complex projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives

• Provide expert support for database administration and optimization tasks

• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and deliver seamless solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and exceptional support

• A deep understanding and practical implementation experience with Microsoft Fabric

Education and Experience

Required:

• 15+ years of SQL Server DBA and development experience

• Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure SQL

• Experience designing solutions using modern tools like Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks

• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Power BI (including Power Query and DAX) and other cloud platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Oracle environments

• Current Microsoft certifications such as DP-300 and DP-600

• 4-year degree

Physical Requirements

This is a remote position requiring prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk. You should have a suitable home office environment with reliable internet connectivity to facilitate virtual collaboration and communication.
